Stunning and romantic cottage at Cap Estate overlooking the fairways and greens of the 18 hole championship golf & country club and the Caribbean sea. D’Arcy is superbly located to take advantage of all the beautiful attractions the north of the island has to offer. Only 10 minutes drive from Rodney Bay where you can find the best restaurants, bars and nightlife as well as the Caribbean sea beaches from Le Sport to Pigeon Point and the beach along the Atlantic Ocean at Cotton Bay, known by locals as Cas en Bas.

You enter this recently refurbished house through a walkway, surrounded by coconut palm trees, into an L shaped, spacious living area which is cooled by a ceiling fan. The living room is well equipped with comfortable chairs and cablevision TV and a Hi Fi system.

There are large louver doors running the entire length of one wall in the living room and these open out onto a high level patio overlooking the golf course and the Caribbean Sea. Here guests can relax in a Planter’s chairs or enjoy the sunset whilst experiencing alfresco dining.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a 6 hob gas cooker/oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and stylish crockery and glass ware. The kitchen opens onto a breakfast bar.

Downstairs are two air conditioned double bedrooms and two shower rooms. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, which can be made up as a Kingsize bed, a walk in closet with safe and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed and an adjacent shower room.

Both bedrooms open through glass sliding doors onto a small private terrace and from here to the swimming pool and sun deck. The pool is 10ft by 16ft rectangular and is surrounded by a 5 ft. deck

The garden has been recently landscaped and is fully planted with tropical flowers and fruit trees.

The house is secured at the entrances by burglar bar doors and there is a burglar alarm monitored and responded by guardsman.

High Speed ( ADSL) Internet Access available for guests who bring their laptops.
