Onslow Square is the Eaton Square of South Kensington. Our flat is on the west side of the square, a 3 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, underground and museums. It is on the ground floor looking towards the gardens and has lovely high ceilings, the original pretty cornicing and beige carpeting throughout.

Enter the flat into a wide deep pink wallpapered hallway – to the right is a large elegant drawing room with mantle piece and working gas fire. Either side are round tables covered with cloths hiding a TV, video and hi-fi system. The traditional sofas and chairs are green and red chintz, and a large rectangular antique occasional table seats 6.

Opposite, is the modern kitchen, with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas hob, electric oven and grill; microwave and small round table for 3.

Next to the drawing room is a big master bedroom with a 6’ zip and link double bed, masses of wardrobe space, a TV and sofa at the foot of the bed. The walls are padded with a blue and white patterned fabric. The en suite bathroom has a loo, basin, a bath with a hand held shower, and also a shower cubicle with a power shower.

At the end of the corridor is a twin bedroom in yellow and green – its bathroom is next door and has a power shower over the bath, a loo and basin.

The whole flat portrays a gracious life style and is decorated to the highest standard.

The maid comes on Fridays for 3 hours.
