From our property you will enjoy an exceptional panoramic view. The backdrop is invariably first class: the wide Mediterranean sea on the left and center, the Dragonera Island in the middle and the bay of Puerto Andratx and its marina on your right. The foreground is always changing: the fishermen’s boats -coming back home with loads of delicious fresh fishes- followed by a singing cloud of seagulls, a splendid yacht parking at the entrance of the port, the sailing school organizing an Optimist class regatta, a fast boat pulling an elegant water-skiier.

This is one of the rare locations in Puerto Andratx combining breathtaking view with the possibility to live the village’s life without a car.

3 villas-apartments, 1 Suite and a Studio distributed within 2 Mallorquin houses, named Bolila and Shalako, are surrounded by a unique tropical garden of 1500 m². The apartments, fully independent one from another, are also ideal to rent for a group of friends who love to be together though not absolutely always together. Our landscapers gathered all of their talent and best gardeners to create and upkeep the most luxurious tropical garden. The combination delivers a “jungle” impression, with a smart use of eclectic plants and trees used as screens of privacy between the different apartments. Great meeting point, the infinity pool is offering a refreshing swimming experience just above the Mediterranean bay. Its original emerald green colour is in perfect harmony with the jungle and the bay.

Each villas or Suite includes a well equipped kitchen or kitchenette, private sundeck, and/or terrace, veranda, porch, Satellite TV with more than 120 channels, complimentary high-speed internet access, fine and distinctive furniture and equipments, best quality of bedding, 100% cotton linens and towels.

After a beautiful day touring the romantic island, or boating, playing golf, climbing the mountains, shopping in Palma or simply resting by the pool, one can begin the evening on its private terrace or sundeck admiring one of the most breathtaking sunsets of the island.

These prices are valid from 15.02.08 till 15.11.08.

For the period of 15.11.07 - 15.02.08 and 15.11.08 - 15.02.09 these prices are reduced by 30 %:

Bolila 1: 1.430 - EUR per week

Suite Bolila: 955 - EUR per week
Shalako: 1.430 - EUR per week

Our cancellation policy is:
till 90 days prior to arrival: 25 %
till 60 days prior to arrival: 45 %
till 30 days prior to arrival: 65 %
till 10 days prior to arrival: 95 %
from 9 days prior to arrival: 100 %

We request a downpayment of 10 % and total payment of balance 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Furthermore a deposit payment of 250 - EUR per person (not for minors under 16 years) 2 weeks prior to arrival is mandatory.

Apartments are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
Cleaning will be provided after a stay of 7 days and also towels and linen will be exchanged once a week (after 7 days’ stay).
